Chris Decastro is a Haitian-American artist, producer, and creative director of LOSTYOUFOUND, a Brooklyn-based collective bridging music, visual art, and storytelling.

Raised in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, Chris grew up surrounded by rap, hip hop, and Caribbean sounds. Community moments like the West Indian Day Parade and underground beat shows shaped his rhythm and sense of connection — roots that continue to guide his art.

Immersed in the digital world since age nine, he taught himself web design, Photoshop, and music production through FL Studio, making his first beats at thirteen. What started as curiosity became over a decade of production and creative direction, later refined at SAE Institute of New York, where he earned his audio engineering certification.

Since then, Chris has recorded hundreds of sessions across hip hop, R&B, lo-fi, and experimental sounds, blending influences from jazz, soul, and world music. He approaches every project as a collaborator — shaping songs from scratch and building systems that make creating feel effortless.

Through LOSTYOUFOUND, Chris brings sound, visuals, and strategy together to create experiences that feel both personal and communal — a home for unfiltered ideas and unorthodox methods.
